A strong characteristic of Kevin Wright’s work is the evocation of a sense of place.  “Places resonate with their own history and emanate their own special mood which goes beyond their physical presence here and now”.

This approach to image-making is strongly in evidence in his series of prints on London and Venice.  Wright creates his images mainly as etchings and aquatints.
